The purest winemaking possible is practiced – the wines are sustainably produced, using all native yeasts and no oak or malolactic fermentation. The Pacific Rim Riesling is endlessly versatile, with just the right amount of sweetness and complexity. The wine has the right crispness, subtle sweetness and aromas of jasmine, pear and apricot.
