Classic Margarita
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz triple sec
- Salt rim, lime wheel
Shake with ice, strain over fresh ice into a salt-rimmed glass.

- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 sugar cube (or ¼ oz simple syrup)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
Muddle sugar and bitters, add bourbon and a big ice cube, stir, and garnish with orange peel.

- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)
- 1 oz fresh espresso
- ½ oz simple syrup
Shake hard with ice until frothy and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

- 1 oz lime juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 8 mint leaves, club soda
Gently muddle mint with syrup and lime, add rum and ice, and top with club soda.

- Lime or cucumber
Fill a glass with ice, add gin, top with tonic, and garnish. Simple and perfect.

Build over ice in a copper mug and garnish with a lime wedge.

- Optional: 1 egg white
Shake with ice (dry shake first if using egg white) and strain. Garnish with a cherry.
