Red Wines

Cabernet Sauvignon: full-bodied and bold, with blackcurrant, dark cherry and a touch of oak. Pair with steak.

Merlot: smooth and soft, with plum and chocolate notes. An easy crowd-pleaser. Pair with pasta or roast chicken.

Pinot Noir: light, silky red with cherry and earthy notes. Pair with salmon, turkey or mushrooms.

Malbec: rich and juicy, with blackberry and a hint of spice, mostly from Argentina. Pair with BBQ and burgers.

Red Blends: a mix of grapes for a smooth, fruity, easy-drinking style. Great for parties.

White Wines

Chardonnay: ranges from crisp and fruity (unoaked) to rich and buttery (oaked). Pair with chicken or lobster.

Sauvignon Blanc: zesty and refreshing, with citrus and green apple. Pair with seafood, salads and goat cheese.

Pinot Grigio: light, crisp and clean. A perfect patio wine. Pair with light pasta and shrimp.

Riesling: floral and fruity, from dry to sweet. Great from New York's Finger Lakes. Pair with spicy food.

Moscato: sweet, lightly bubbly, with peach and orange blossom. Pair with dessert or fruit.

Pink & Bubbly

Rosé: dry and refreshing, with strawberry notes. Pair with summer anything.

Champagne & Sparkling: Champagne, Prosecco and Cava, for celebrations or just because. Pair with fried and salty snacks.
