Our 2021 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautiful expression of the region’s resilience and the quality it can yield even through a restrained winter, and shows great color, density, and freshness on both the palate and in the nose.

Tasting Notes:

This wine is bright, silky, and evolves as it lingers on the palate. Concentrated flavors of plum, dried cherry, blackberry fruit leather, and black tea are complemented by rich, silky tannins and integrated acidity. On the finish, notes of cedar, cacao, nutmeg, and licorice add subtle layers of complexity that lift and provide an elegant structure to the blend while offering a distinctly intense aroma to the nose. 14.5% ABV
