Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini Recipe
Ingredients:
2 parts Espresso Vodka
Half part Coffee Liqueur
1.5 parts Espresso Martini mix
Splash of pumpkin spice syrup
Powdered cinnamon and coffee beans for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, add ice and shake.
Strain into a Martini glass.
Top with powdered cinnamon and three coffee beans (optional).
Fall Sangria Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup Brandy or Cognac
2 bottles dry red wine
2 cups club soda
1 cup orange juice
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup simple syrup
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 apple, halved and thinly sliced
Instructions:
Whisk together all ingredients but fruit and club soda in a large pitcher.
Add fruit and refrigerate overnight.
Add club soda when ready to serve and stir gently.
Serve over ice.
Raspberry Bourbon Mule Recipe
Ingredients:
2 parts Bourbon
1.5 parts Raspberry or Black Raspberry Liqueur
3/4 part grapefruit juice
Top with ginger beer
Orange peel and rosemary sprig for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Add Bourbon, Raspberry Liqueur, and grapefruit juice to shaker tin, add ice, and shake.
Strain into a Double Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
Top with a splash - or more - of ginger beer.
Garnish with an orange peel and (optional) sprig of rosemary.
Mexican Hot Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:
1. 2 parts Cinnamon Whiskey
2. 1 part Chocolate Liqueur
3. 1 packet hot cocoa mix
4. Big pinch cayenne pepper
5. Whipped cream and powdered
cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a large tumbler, add 1 packet of hot cocoa mix to boiling water (following instructions on the packet).
Add Cinnamon Whiskey, Chocolate Tequila Cream, and cayenne, and stir well.
Divide between two mugs and garnish with whipped cream and powdered cinnamon.
